Symphony Free show for the city - Shot for The Nashville Symphony: Nashville, Tennessee

I normally just post photos and keep the text out of this....but this was a really wonderful night and it inspired me to say something for a change. Rather than cancel their Friday night show due to the extensive flood damage to their hall, the symphony played for free in Public Square (one of the highest points of downtown) and people came out in droves for it. It was a real reminder of what a great city Nashville is. There is still so much work to do to get flooded out neighborhoods back on their feet, but walking around Public Square you could feel the energy and determination of the city to work together and get past this disaster.
